Orders are sent via Royal Mail (so keep an eye out for the postie!) The times stated below are delivery times only and do not include processing time.
If your purchase is returned to us by Royal Mail it is the buyers responsibility to pay for all of the postage costs to have the order reposted.
If the parcel needs to be signed for (or is too big to go through the letterbox) and no one is in, the postman will leave a red 'Sorry you were out' card giving details on collection or how to rearrange delivery.
