Delivery

We strive to make your order as fast and friendly as possible. All orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipments are made Monday to Friday.

Please be aware that during busy periods, such as Christmas, orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered and we recommend that this is taken into consideration to avoid disappointment.

UK Delivery

Orders are sent via Royal Mail (so keep an eye out for the postie!) The times stated below are delivery times only and do not include processing time.

• Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days £4.95
• 1st Class Delivery: 1-2 working days £5.95
• Recorded Delivery: 1-2 working days (signature required) £6.95
• Next Day Delivery (order must be received by 1pm, delivery is Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery is not guaranteed) £8.95

If your purchase is returned to us by Royal Mail it is the buyers responsibility to pay for all of the postage costs to have the order reposted.

If the parcel needs to be signed for (or is too big to go through the letterbox) and no one is in, the postman will leave a red 'Sorry you were out' card giving details on collection or how to rearrange delivery.

International Delivery

International delivery rates are as follows:

• European Standard: 1-2 WEEKS. £7.95

Delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take an unusually long amount of time to get to international destinations and unfortunately we cannot be responsible for this type of delay. You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package, please contact your country's postal service for information.
